Step 1: Clean Seamoss

Thoroughly rinse seamoss with spring water a minimum of 3 times. If you place seamoss in a bowl with water and the water looks dirty, keep washing!

Step 2: Soak Seamoss

Place seamoss in a large bowl and cover with spring water. Squeeze fresh key lime juice over seamoss and add key limes to bowl of soaking moss.

Step 3: Blend

After 24 hours, remove seamoss from bowl. Add 2 cups of soaked seamoss and 1 cup of spring water to a blender. Blend until smooth consistency.

Step 4: Storage

Store seamoss gel in a glass, airtight jar for a max of 4 weeks in the fridge. Take 2 tablespoons daily and enjoy!
